What a bathroom renovation costs in Valencia
Most of the full bathrooms we do come in between 6,000 and 8,000 euros, materials included. Within that range the difference comes down to the size of the bathroom, the quality of the sanitaryware and taps, whether old soil pipes have to be cut out and replaced, and whether the layout changes. A small bathroom with standard finishes sits at the bottom of the range; a large one with a tiled shower and high-end materials goes up. We give you the breakdown by item so you can see exactly where every euro goes. How long a bathroom renovation takes
Entre 1 to 2 weeks of work for a full bathroom. Before we start we fix the dates and tell you which days will be noisy and which days you will have no water, so you can plan around it. If it is the only bathroom in the house, we talk it through on the survey and adjust the order of works to cut down the days you cannot use it.How we work
- Survey and measuring. We come to your home, measure up and check the real condition of the services and the soil pipes.
- Presupuesto cerrado. We give it to you broken down by item, with materials included.
- One person running the job. We coordinate the builders, plumbers and electricians. You deal with one person.
- Handover and cleaning. We leave the bathroom finished and clean, with the debris taken away.

Do all the tiles have to come off?
Not always. If the tiling is sound and level, we can tile over it, which saves you days of work and debris. We assess it on the survey. What if something unexpected turns up?
In older Valencia flats it is common to find asbestos-cement soil pipes or hidden damp. If it comes up, we stop, show you, and give you the cost before carrying on. We never carry out extra work without your approval.Does the quote include materials?
Yes. The quote comes with materials included and itemised. If you would rather buy the sanitaryware or the flooring yourself, we take it off.Can I choose the finishes myself?
Yes. We go with you to choose the tiles, sanitaryware and taps, and we can show you the result in 3D before anything is touched.Do you take the debris away?
Yes, included. We deal with the skip and the transport to a licensed tip.Shall we renovate your bathroom? Tell us what your bathroom is like and we will give you a price. You can also work out an estimate online, ver nuestras kitchen renovations o escribirnos directamente.Más sobre reformas de baño
