We dream of you Here the three lines to follow are comfort, silence and atmosphere. From the color of the walls to the lines of the furniture, going through the lighting, everything has to transmit calm and stillness in a bedroom. In fact, it is common to overlook a very important element in bedroom renovations: the ceiling. While we enjoy lying down thinking about our business or waiting for sleep to arrive, there are many minutes that we spend with our eyes on the sky in our room. That is why it is important to know how to choose a ceiling that invites you to relax, with soft colors, perhaps pastel tones, discreet and warm lighting, eliminating any element that is excessively striking.
But of course it all depends on how you want to dream, because there are those who prefer their TV set on top to fall asleep enjoying their favorite movie.
More important than beginning to conceive the distribution of spaces and how to fill them, it is convenient to plan the isolation both acoustic and thermal of the room if necessary. As far as acoustic insulation is concerned, a previous study will suffice to locate the possible sources of annoying noise according to the general acoustics of the house and its orientation. The solution will depend on the entity of the problem. Both insulating panels on the ceiling and floating floors on the floor, going through a simple carpet can solve the situation.
Regarding thermal insulation, the solution will depend on the weather and whether the bedroom walls face the outside. If necessary, we have a wide variety of options to include in your renovation, such as fiber tape, Teflon, graphite or insulating plates, always with the peace of mind that our materials are of exceptional quality.
The choice of windows has a lot to say about your comfort. The windows in a renovation can be chosen by three criteria:
- The type of material: Wood, aluminum and PVC
- The type of glazing: Simple, consisting of a single sheet, Double or triple, which have several layers of glass separated by air chambers of various densities.
- The type of opening: sliding, folding, swing, pivoting or guillotine, mainly.
The next aspect for the responsible renovation of a bedroom, whether it is a children's, marriage or guest room, will be the replacement or cleaning of the wiring to increase the load capacity of the electrical network and thus protect itself from power cuts and short circuits. And if we finish off with a state-of-the-art heating/cooling system, we can already start thinking about occupying the spaces with peace of mind.
As for the design you just have to let yourself be carried away by your imagination, since the possibilities are limitless. When you wake up, our renovation will have made your dreams come true.
We advise taking advantage of the natural architectural elements of the bedroom itself or the rest of the house if possible. For example, you can replace a built-in wardrobe in the bedroom with a walk-in closet or even a small interior bathroom. If you have a room to spare, you can merge it too, making your master bedroom a real recreation room.
The bedroom that requires the most renovations over time is the children's. No one knows better than you the speed at which your little ones grow and therefore the need to have the room always updated according to their age. In this case, we recommend taking security and insulation as priority elements in your renovation. Children's rest is ours.
In short, you provide the dreams and our renovations will provide the realities.
