For over 15 years we have been doing full renovations in Valencia and we have over 130 Google reviews. The ones below come straight from our profile, unselected and unfiltered: they are all there, and they update themselves.
If you are comparing companies, what helps most in a review is not the score: it is the detail. Whether the quote held, whether the deadline was met, and what happened the day something unexpected turned up. That is exactly what we put in writing before we start:
- A fixed quote itemised by trade, with the brand and reference of every material. It only changes if you change something, or if something turns up that could not be seen without opening up, and in that case you approve it before we carry on.
- The completion date in writing, handed over together with the quote.
- Certified installations, with a certificate issued by an authorised installer.
- One point of contact for the whole job: we coordinate the builders, plumbers, electricians, carpenters and painters.
- Public liability insurance in force, and over 64 full renovations delivered.
