What kind of renovation do you need
We do full renovations and we also do individual trades. This is what each one covers, so you can see where your job fits.
Reforma integral
The whole home is renewed: layout, new plumbing and electrics, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, joinery and painting. Starting from 650 €/m², materials included (excluding VAT). You have the breakdown by floor area in renovation prices and the detail of the process in interior renovation.
Reformas parciales
Renewing only one part without touching the rest. The most common are the bathroom, from 6,000 euros, and the kitchen, from 10,000 euros, both with materials included. We also do hallways and entrances and dormitorios with made-to-measure wardrobes.
Oficios por separado
If the job is already under way and you only need one particular trade: building work, plumbing, joinery, pladur and pintura.
