Contact us

Tell us what you want to renovate and we will give you a price. We answer the phone ourselves — no call centre, and no forms that disappear.

How to get in touch

• Phone: 618 17 13 91. This is the quickest way.
• WhatsApp: 618 17 13 91. Useful if you would rather send us photos of the property before the survey.
• Email: grupodmh.es@gmail.com
• Formulario: the one on this page. We read it every working day.

Horario: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 21:30.
Where we are: Avinguda del Doctor Waksman 65, ground floor left, 46013 València (Quatre Carreres).

What happens after you call

So you know exactly what you are getting into, this is the whole process:

1. We talk on the phone. You tell us what you want to do, and we tell you whether it fits what we do and what price range you are looking at. If we are not the right company for your job, we say so on that same call instead of wasting your time.
2. Vamos a verlo. The survey is free and with no obligation. We measure the property and check the real condition of the services, the floors and the partition walls.
3. You get a fixed quote, itemised by trade, in writing, with materials included. You know what you are paying for and why.
4. 3D design before we start. You see how it will look and change whatever you are not happy with, at no cost.
5. One point of contact for the whole job. We coordinate the builders, plumbers, electricians, carpenters and painters.

What helps us to know on the first call

You do not need to have it all worked out, but if you can tell us this in advance the quote will be far more accurate:

• Approximate floor area, and which town or neighbourhood it is in.
• Whether it is a flat or a house, and roughly what year it was built.
• What you want to touch: the whole property, just the kitchen and bathroom, or one specific part.
• Whether you are living in it right now or it is empty.
• Whether you have a deadline (a move, a tenancy, a key handover).

A few photos of the current state by WhatsApp also help a lot before we come out.

Where we work

Valencia city and the whole surrounding area. We have a page with the detail of each zone in Godella, Rocafort, L’Eliana, Alboraya and Catarroja. We also work in Moncada, Burjassot, Paterna, Bétera and Massamagrell.

Before you call, this might answer it

• What does it cost? A full renovation starts at 650 €/m², materials included (excluding VAT). You have the breakdown by floor area in renovation prices.
• Just the bathroom or the kitchen? See bathroom renovation and kitchen renovation.
